20% Reflection
I have learned a lot from this experience. I have learned how to take advantage of and use technology to the best of my knowledge. This class has really brought a lot of things to my attention for example when the guess speaker came that day and showed us how the girl was an excellent test taker but the boy struggled and at the end of the day. The boy was also just as smart and creative in which his test scores really didn't reflect this assumption. The product I made demonstrated how and many different ways you can take advantage of technology and use it to the advantage of maintaining a healthy life style. I also found out that it is a great way to get people more involved with the whole exercising idea because it gets them a greater perspective and helps people out when it comes down to training and staying fit and exercising the right way.

Target audience
I feel that my blogs have been very useful for a wide variety of students, kids and teachers. A lot of people have gone through my 20% blog and learned a lot from it. I have always tried to provide all types of information in my blog to help everyone out from teacher’s students and so on. Since I am attending the University of Georgia it has open my eyes up to a lot of different values and skill sets. Many people have experienced the life of being a college student but many people haven’t as well.
In most of my blogs and in my 20% project I talked about how most teachers should create more hands on activities to work with students and how they should get games and outdoor activities more school related. I can understand how most people have more problems taking test related material to distinguish there intelligence and which may not be accurate all the time. I learned that when the guess speaker came that time she showed use how we thought that the little boy wasn’t as smart and creative as the girl but when they started working on hands-on activities he was much more outgoing as he was trying to find different materials to be creative.
So I feel that my 205 project will mainly help out the teachers and professors that are tying to find different ways to spice up there creativity with their students and be more creative with their kids.

Maintaing health by exercising
Staying healthy and maintaining your health is a great way to live your life. I have always known to be on the heavy side as far as my weight stating that I was a ten-pound newborn baby ha-ha. So all my life growing up I was a pretty big kid I have learned that excising have played a big role in my life. Regular physical activity is important for good health, and it’s very important if you’re trying to loose weight or to maintain a healthy weight.
Although, most people think of physical excise as a way to loose weight., it also helps reduce high blood pressure, reduce risk of type 2 diabetes, heart attack, stroke, arthritis pain, associated disabilities and different cancers. It also helps reduce the risk for osteoporosis and falls. Excising could help reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety attacks.
When people think of exercise they picture someone being in the gym 24/7 and never having a life outside of the gym but its not that time consuming at all. All you need is around 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity and 75 minutes of vigorous activity a week. You could also do an equivalent mix of the two each week. The way to establish the difference between moderate and vigorous activity is when your heart rate and your breathing is noticeably faster but can still carry on a conversation that is considered moderate. Examples may include walking briskly, light yard work, and light snow shoveling. When your heart rate is increased substantially and you are breathing too hard and fast to have a conversation, its probably vigorous intense. Examples may include jogging/running, swimming laps, and jumping rope.

What impact does social media have on high school students?
Social media usage has increased in recent years across all age levels. The Pew internet and American Life Project found that 73 percent of teenagers between the ages of 12 to 17 use social media. Social media supports collaborative learning, which in turn helps to strengthen the creative learning process. Social media is a great tool as far as introducing kids to the newest technology. Although, technology is a great tool, when used independently it does not necessarily contribute to learning. They found that students who take notes by hand achieve higher test scores when compared to students who use laptops to take his or her notes. Additionally, prior computer knowledge plays a factor in a student's learning through online methods of instruction. However, the internet can provide a healthy environment for hosting the educational and learning activities for students. Students who participate in social media as part of a class fell more connected to their peers than those students who do not participate in social media.

Teenager should be more involved with sports
Im interested in sports, exercise, and Video games. I have been interested in these three things every since I was a little boy. If anyone reading this and has participated in any of these events should know how addicting they can be. Every little boys child hood dream is to own a video console system, which was also one of mine. So there is nothing like being able to keep back and enjoy playing your video game to me it keeps me out of trouble and gives me something to do instead of being bored. The video games really brings me and all of my teammates together as a time to catch up with one another and compete outside of the football field. Being an athlete in general you are naturally a competitor so having and playing a sports video game such as Madden 25 or Call of Duty allows you to have a little fun and compete with your teammates and enjoy what you have the natural capability of doing. Playing sports in general also allows student to learn how to be accountable and dependable. Playing football has allowed me to grow as a person and as a man. It teaches me how to be responsible and teaches self-discipline. With the strict punishment that evolves around being late or missing class naturally makes you early or on time to every event that you attend even outside of school and football which could really benefit you one day in the corporate world when you are trying to get that job that you have always wanted.
